All our MSP customers are privileged with our 5-minute policy. We will remote in, offer phone support, or in store support for free up to the 5-minute mark. Most computer issues are solved with in 5 minutes, and if it is longer than 5 minutes it usually is a much more serious problem.

Click it works with many companies to offer their employees hardware replacement and set up with a prompt turn around time. We drop ship our hardware to our office from our wholesale distributor, perform and configuration and set up in the office and then same day ship to our client in the field. We are able to offer prices that are usually 33% less than the big box stores or retailers, and we average a 1.5-day turnaround time.

Our standard operating procedure is to perform tech support during our regular business hours, but we do offer 24x7 support when scheduled or necessary. Our staff proactively monitors the systems after hours and on weekends as well as respond to voicemails left on our office systems. This hybrid model gives our clients additional support with out the additional cost normally associated with it.

Pricing

All our pricing begins at their base price, but we have significant discounts depending on eligibility. We offer a 10% discount for any service paid in yearly increments. We offer 10% discount for bundled services (I.E. Two or more services purchased and paid for at the same time). We offer a 5% key customer discount for any client that has our backup system, antivirus system, and firewall. This ensures we can properly secure their devices and networks. Any MSP client that has 2 or more services and has paid for those services in yearly increments also becomes eligible for our 15% off all labor services. Any service that would have an hourly bill associated with labor will be automatically discounted by 15%. Finally, all of our base prices decrease an additional 5% for every 5 systems we are monitoring, with a limit of 15%.

Furthermore, our software performs network probes on any machine that it is installed to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks as well as monitor foreign devices that enter a network. The last major aspect to our MSP is what we call Patch Management. To meet most security standards, a system of windows update management is required. We meet those standards by having our software monitor and enforce all windows updates to ensure the machine has the latest OS version.
